A ensuite renovation at Belrose, our quoted price was $9200, for this amount we supplied the labour  and project management from ,
Strip out,   removal of asbestos villaboard, lining with villaboard,,  water proofing to AS 3740,, new ceiling  downlights, exaust fan,wall and   floor tiling, painting.

Client supplied items :- wall  tiles,   floor  tiles, vanity, toilet, mixer taps, shower, taps, towel rails, paper holder, approximately $ 2500.

The owners have a modern ensuite for less than than $ 12,000 !

 

Another bathroom we recently completed , a full size bathroom with bath, we quoted  at $12,000 for our labour and project management, from strip out to completion, including removal of asbestos villaboard, waterproofing, tiling and all electrical.

In addition the owner purchased all tapware, including a large square showerhead and waterfall bath spout, vanity with a stone top, shower screen, bath, towel rail etc, from Renovation D, at 56 Stacy St Bankstown for $ 2880,  tiles additional.

The owners  now have a great looking modern bathroom for less than $ 15,500.
